**Human Resources Manager Job Responsibilities**:

- Oversee full spectrum of HR functions which include Manpower Planning & Sourcing, Training & Development, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Union & Industrial Relations (IR), and other HR related support services.
- Formulate and implement HR strategies that support overall business objectives.
- Forecast manpower needs that are aligned to business goals.
- Improve HR practices by reviewing, developing and implementing people related systems, policies, procedures and processes to support business growth.
- Prepare documentations on alleged misconduct cases against employees; and analyze and evaluate reports on disciplinary cases and grievances to make appropriate recommendation to the Management.
- Ensure compliance of statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Keep updated and implement Government initiatives towards the well-being of the industry and its employees.
- Perform other related job duties as directed by Management.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Proven experience at least 7 years in a Human Resource field.
3. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
7. Leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 5 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
