**Role Purpose**:
Ensure on-time delivery of equipment, material and documentation and recovering if schedules are not met. Communicate with suppliers and shippers to assist in day-to-day expediting of equipment, material and documentation of assigned projects.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Effectively communicate & coordinate between suppliers and internal stakeholders by facilitating the flow of information, resolving any issues or conflicts, and ensuring that both parties are aligned on expectations and requirements.
- Develop or modifies an expediting plan for the assigned project(s)
- Identify critical milestones in the supplier’s supply chain process, such as engineering, order placement, production, shipping, and delivery and monitoring these milestones closely to ensure that suppliers are meeting deadlines
- Issues and maintain accurate record of vendor's activities in the expediting report recording vendor's engineering, procurement, fabrication, production and delivery status

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in engineering with relevant years of working experience.
- Degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain, operations or related field preferred.
- Minimum three years’ experience in a related environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
