**Key Responsibilities**:
**Account Management & Business Development**
- Develop and manage relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their IT networking requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within existing accounts and targeted industries.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
**Solution Selling & Technical Consultation**
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and technical teams to propose suitable networking solutions (LAN/WAN, wireless, cloud networking, security, etc.).
- Conduct solution presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to position Raddish Technology’s offerings as value-driven and competitive.
- Provide clients with strategic advice on emerging technologies and IT transformation initiatives.
**Account Planning & Reporting**
- Prepare and implement account development plans, including sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and customer growth strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
- Generate regular reports on account performance, opportunities, and revenue achievement.
**Collaboration & Stakeholder Management**
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, operations, finance) to ensure seamless project delivery and customer support.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies and profitability objectives.
- Support marketing activities such as events, roadshows, and solution workshops.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in **Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field**.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in **IT networking sales, account management, or solution selling**.
- Proven track record of managing **enterprise clients and achieving/exceeding sales targets**.
- Strong knowledge of **networking solutions (Cisco, HPE Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.)** and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin/Malay is an added advantage).
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
