Lead client acquisition efforts through various methods including but not limited to networking and referrals, while also managing company-assigned projects.
- Responsible for achieving personal sales performance and sales target; from following up on sales leads to developing good relationships with prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing terms, and project timelines with clients to ensure profitability and alignment with company objectives.
- Lead and coordinate interior design projects from conception to completion.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, progress reports, and change orders.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively, tracking expenses, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders effectively.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure success.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Able to travel to Singapore when needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
