- Develop, executes and regularly monitors school marketing strategy, admissions and enrolment plans as well as performs market research to understand the whole industry trend.
- Plan, manage and monitor all marketing activities within marcom budget.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of parent needs and of local market trends and developments to inform school marketing strategies.- Provide ideas into the development of e-marketing, marketing campaigns, events and exhibitions.
- Collating material and editing copy for the school's monthly e-newsletter, annual school magazine as well as any marketing materials.

- Liaise with and provide information to the media and arranging meeting with corporates.- Bring / Assist the student parent for school visit to make them more understand the school environment and curriculum.

- Identify relevant community-based initiatives in which the school can play a relevant part, to support awareness / positive brand perception etc.
- Work collaboratively with school colleagues and admissions team, contribute to sharing of best practice.
- Requirement:

- Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business, Event Management, or another relevant field.- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English ; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with Design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop or equivalent) and Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, customer service and relationship management skills.
- Able to work independently with least supervision as well as part of a team.Benefits
