**Role Expectation**:
We are looking for a **full time Marketing Executive **to work with us **(fresh graduates are welcome)**. Your main responsibilities are to support Division Head in formulating, planning, organizing and monitoring all activities related to Network Development to achieve company business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- To work closely with Division Head to formulate training & education program and **develop effective marketing plans and or strategies** to recruit, retain and develop PHHP distributors and ultimately increase company sales target.
- To **liaise or coordinate with overseas company PIC** for any marketing related job.
- To assist on **monitoring the productivity, performance and engagement** of key leaders and distributors.
- To **conduct training and tutorial **to members for MLM knowledge and Networking Skill.
- To support distributors in case management and distributor affairs.
- To supervise and monitor the daily work of Network Development activities to ensure delivery of efficiency and effectiveness of work towards objectives set (KRA & KPI).
- Any other tasks assigned by immediate superior.

**Requirements**:
Must have:
Good to have:

- Able to read & write **English and Mandarin** (to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients)
- **1 or 2 Years of working experience** in the related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Experience in **Multi-level Marketing** (**MLM)** is an added advantage.
- Sensitive to numbers is an added advantage.
- Good presentation skill and public speaking skill.
- Good negotiation, communication & interpersonal skill.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
