**We're Hiring: Marketing Executive**

**Position**: Marketing Executive
**Salary**: RM2800 - RM4500 (Based on experience)

**Benefits**: EPF & SOCSO, MC and Annual Leave entitlement

**Working Hour : 10am - 7pm**

**Working Area :Taman Desa Tebrau ( Johor Bahru)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns**: Plan, create, and launch marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- **Content Creation & Social Media Management**: Manage our social media platforms, create compelling content, and engage with our audience to build a strong online presence.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences, providing insights to enhance our marketing strategies.
- **Collaborate Across Departments**: Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts and achieve business goals.
- **Monitor & Optimize Campaign Performance**: Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, optimize content, and adjust strategies to improve results.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and an eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, Google Analytics).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,513.49 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Attendance bonus
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
