**Job Requirements**

1. Minimum SPM/ Certificate / Diploma in Engineering related course or equivalent.

2. Minimum 2 years working experience as Supervisor/ Assistance Supervisor in related field.

3. Experience in manufacturing field with ISO compliance and regulatory environment as advantages.

4. Able to work independently to execute daily planning activities.

5. Able to plan on priorities based on machine capacity.

6. Good communication skills and have positive approach to work with related department to achieve the objectives set.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Ensure that compound received come with approved sticker, rheometer results are according to specification and visual inspection on compound contamination or any other foreign materials existence.

2. To ensure correct die is being used as according to the Daily Production Planning.

3. To ensure that machine is running as per SOP and machine setting.

4. To monitor, control and ensure the production process in high-quality standards of products in accordance with the Customer’s expectations.

5. Effective deployment of manpower.

6. Ensure orderliness and cleanliness of production areas as per layout plan. Carry out machines checklist as per requirement and ensure comply.

7. Non-conformance profile during production needs to be highlighted immediately.

8. Issuing of travel cards and ensures product traceability.

9. Ensure compliance with Company’s and Corporate policies.

10. Any other duties/responsibilities to be assigned.

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
