**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the group consolidation on monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS) and timely submission.
- Review monthly inter-company matrix for balances and transactions; manage elimination of inter-company transactions.
- Liaise with local finance to ensure timely submission of financial data and reports from subsidiaries and review submissions for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain group reporting pack/template and provide training or guidance to local finance and COE (Centre of Excellence) teams on the reporting pack/template.
- Collaborate with regional and local finance teams to streamline reporting processes and enhance efficiency.
- Provide insights and analysis on consolidated financial results, including variance analysis and key financial metrics.
- Liaise with external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations related to group consolidation and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in group reporting and consolidation activities; lead and implement these improvements.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards; ensure compliance and adjust reporting processes as required.
- In charge of holding company accounting, reporting, quarterly GST submission, company tax & secretarial matters.
- Assist in the SAP implementation and support ad hoc or other process improvement projects as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred along with at least 5 years’ experience in group consolidation, financial reporting, and accounting operations within a multinational organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with SAP or other accounting systems is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.
