**Job responsibilities**:

- To supervise CNC machining processes using Fagor, Fanuc, and G-Code programming.
- To ensure proper setup, tooling selection, and machining parameters for high-precision compressor components.
- To monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any technical issues to minimize downtime.
- To oversee the assembly of compressor components, ensuring alignment with engineering specifications and industry standards.
- To coordinate with the quality control team to conduct inspections and tests before final product approval.
- To ensure proper documentation of assembly procedures, materials used, and production timelines.
- To plan and allocate resources to meet production schedules and optimize workflow efficiency.
- To identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
- To implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- To ensure all machining and assembly activities comply with ISO standards, customer requirements, and oil & gas industry regulations.
- To conduct regular quality checks on machined and assembled parts to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- To address non-conformances and work closely with quality assurance to resolve issues.
- To lead, train, and motivate a team of machinists and assembly technicians to achieve production goals.
- To provide technical guidance on Fagor, Fanuc, and G-Code programming to enhance the team's capabilities.
- To conduct regular performance reviews and enforce company policies.
- To ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and enforce proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- To conduct safety briefings and risk assessments related to machining and assembly operations.
- To report any safety hazards or incidents and take corrective actions as necessary.

**Qualification(s)**:

- Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machining and assembly line supervision, preferably in the oil & gas manufacturing industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with Fagor, Fanuc, and G-Code programming and troubleshooting.
- In-depth knowledge of CNC machining operations, including milling, turning, and grinding.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM).
- Strong understanding of assembly techniques for compressors and rotating equipment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
