Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform TIG, MIG, and arc welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and other materials used in production machines.
  • Fabricate, assemble, and repair machine frames, tanks, conveyor systems, and support structures.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
  • Ensure all welding work complies with safety standards and quality requirements.
  • Work closely with the maintenance and engineering team to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Inspect finished welds for strength, appearance, and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working area at all times.
  • Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Welding / Metal Fabrication / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of welding experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and use welding and cutting tools safely.
  • Knowledge of TIG, MIG, and arc welding techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
