**Skop Kerja Pembantu Jualan - Guardian**

**1. Khidmat Pelanggan**
- Menyambut pelanggan dengan mesra.
- Membantu pelanggan memilih produk yang sesuai.
- Menjawab pertanyaan mengenai promosi, harga dan lokasi barang.

**2. Pengurusan Stor & Rak**
- Menyusun dan mengisi semula stok di rak (replenishment).
- Memastikan rak sentiasa kemas, teratur dan mengikut planogram.
- Melabel harga dan memastikan semua tag harga adalah betul.

**3. Kaunter Bayaran**
- Mengendalikan POS system untuk pembayaran tunai/kad.
- Mengurus transaksi dengan tepat dan berintegriti.
- Memberikan resit dan memastikan pelanggan mendapat pengalaman pembayaran yang lancar.

**4. Stok & Inventori**
- Memeriksa tahap stok dan melaporkan kekurangan kepada Supervisor/Store Manager.
- Membantu dalam proses penerimaan barang (goods receiving).
- Menjalankan stok kiraan berkala.

**5. Promosi & Kebersihan**
- Memastikan kawasan stor sentiasa bersih, kemas dan selamat.
- Membantu menyediakan bahan promosi seperti display dan signage.

**6. Kepatuhan**
- Mematuhi SOP syarikat, standard kebersihan, keselamatan & peraturan stor.
- Mengamalkan budaya kerja positif dan bekerjasama dalam satu pasukan.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: RM9.00 per hour
