Marketing Executive

**JOB SUMMARY**:
The role of Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing market plans, executing field marketing activities, generating leads, communicating with prospects and customers, drives profit, promotes services and products through coordinated marketing campaigns, and supporting sales. The primary duties include conducting product research, establishing brand awareness and improving customer relations.
Identify communication channels between he advocates, parents and students, and co-ordinate activities facilities effective communication. A Marketing Executive should have creative flair, a positive attitude and the ability to articulate and influence strategic decision. They should also know how to build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Assist to formulate, organize, and implement sales & marketing strategies in order to increase the company’s sales and market share.
2. Assist to establish sales & marketing forecast and budget.
3. Initiate discussions and pro-actively identify solutions on sales and marketing issues, manages internal and external customer relationship.
4. Constantly visit and communicate with clients on updates.
5. Execute monthly promotion plans with clear KPI.
6. Responsible in organizing and coordinating programs/ Symposium and events.
7. Organize and coordinate any off-site talks with the team members in all corporate events, functions and in-house forum and seminars.
8. Responsible in preparing weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports.
9. List specific action/results expected for each area of responsibility.
10. Supporting the Group Managing Director in completing agreed activities.
11. Creating and posting blog posts and articles on the company’s website and social media pages.
12. Preparing coherent marketing campaign reports using data analysis tools.
14. Drafting marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, and posters.
15. Monitoring competitor activities and finding leads for the company.
16. Liaising with Printers and Designers.
17. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products or services.
18. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and evaluate market trends.
19. Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
20. Develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
21. Build and maintain relationships with key clients through effective account management.
22. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for business development.
23. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
Prepare reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and market trends
**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of working experience would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work under a pressurized and dynamic environment.
- Able to work beyond normal hours in support of projects or other assignments.
- All duties are performed in a warm and courteous manner
**OTHER ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT(S)**
- Mobile and willing to travel.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Details-oriented, Pleasant, organized, discreet, trustworthy, proactive, and mature personality.
- Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and principles
- Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Working knowledge of content management systems and automated marketing software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- In-depth understanding of digital and social marketing best practices
**WORKING HOURS**
Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
