We are looking for a **Retail Operations Manager** to lead and manage our 52 retail stores in the **East Malaysia (Sarawak, Sabah & Labuan)**. If you have strong leadership skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, this is the perfect opportunity

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Manage daily store operations** across multiple locations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- **Set and achieve sales targets** (Sales Target, ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall, and Conversion Rate).
- **Lead, train, and motivate store teams** to provide excellent customer service and boost sales.
- **Ensure all stores follow company policies** on operations, promotions, pricing, and merchandising.
- **Monitor and analyze sales data** to identify areas for improvement.
- **Work closely with the marketing team** to plan and execute promotions.
- **Ensure stock availability and proper inventory management** to meet customer demand.
- **Manage store budgets and operational costs** efficiently.
- **Conduct regular store visits** to provide coaching and ensure high performance.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- At least **8 -12 years of experience** in retail operations with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Preferably Retail Operations Manager/ Regional Manager/ Head of Retail - specializing in Sales - Retail/ General in Fashion Industry / Footwear / Pharmaceutical, Home and Living Retail Chain Store Retailer and Franchising.
- Strong **leadership and problem-solving skills**.
- Ability to **analyze sales data** and drive store performance.
- Experience in **managing multiple store locations**.
- Excellent communication skills to work with different teams.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint**.
