- Create and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional platforms.
- Analyze market trends to understand customer needs and refine marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the product development and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and marketing ROI.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in Electric and Solar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in [tools/software, e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, etc.].
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
