**Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**: Responsible for creating and editing various types of video content, including promotional videos, product introductions, social media videos, etc.
- **Market Trend Analysis**: Research and monitor industry trends, analyze competitors’ market performance, and understand the interests and behaviors of the target audience.
- **Marketing Strategy**: Develop and implement effective video marketing strategies, optimizing video distribution across platforms (such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- **Creative Planning**: Participate in creative meetings and provide ideas and suggestions for video content and scriptwriting.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze video performance data, interaction data, etc., to assess effectiveness and provide suggestions for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Video Editing Skills**: Proficient in video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) with post-production skills.
- **Market Trend Sensitivity**: Able to identify industry trends, shifts in user interests, and adjust content and strategies accordingly.
- **Marketing Experience**: Knowledgeable in social media marketing, content marketing, and SEO, with the ability to tailor video marketing strategies for different platforms.
- **Creative and Communication Skills**: Creative thinking to bring out the brand’s identity through video content and strong communication skills within a team.
- **Data-Driven**: Able to analyze video content performance and make adjustments or improvements based on data insights.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience managing social media platforms.
- Familiarity with video SEO techniques to improve search ranking.
- Ability to plan and execute online campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
