**About Us**:Nestled in the captivating Cameron Highlands, Hotel De'La Ferns is a boutique gem known for its refined elegance and warm hospitality. We're on the lookout for a forward-thinking Chef de Partie to play a pivotal role in modernizing our kitchen operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Ala Carte & Banqueting Events Operation**:

- Take charge of cooking for ala carte menu & special events and banquets, ensuring all dishes meet our high standards and delight our guests.

**Quality Assurance & Cost Management**:

- Uphold impeccable standards of food quality, presentation, and taste, while optimizing costs through smart procurement and portion control.
- Contribute to recipe costing for diverse menus, including à la carte, breakfast, and group/event offerings.

**Team Collaboration & Mentorship**:

- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations, fostering an environment of open communication and collaboration.
- Mentor commis chefs, sharing your expertise and encouraging their growth in a kitchen environment.

**Requirements**:

- Culinary school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Demonstrated experience in a dynamic kitchen setting, with a keen interest in leveraging technology for culinary innovation.
- Passion for driving change and a forward-thinking approach to kitchen operations.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Evening shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Chef: 1 year (preferred)
