- Bertanggungjawab untuk operasi harian tugas pengemasan hotel.
- Memastikan semua kawasan hotel, kawasan awam, tandas dan bilik tetamu bersih dan kemas.
- Melakukan pemeriksaan harian bilik, memastikan piawaian yang ditetapkan mengenai kebersihan bilik dipenuhi dan bekalan tetamu dikekalkan
- Lakukan inventori dan pantau stok semua bekalan pengemasan, peralatan dll.
