JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include:
1) Brand Management (60%)
- To be the key custodian for Kids playout channels - Astro Ceria and Ta-Daa, that focuses on content 360- content planning and scheduling, with general KPI in mind to increase ARPU/ customer base/ channel or content performance.
- Manage end to end content planning and scheduling execution for both playout channels. - creative scheduling & media management coordination which includes dubbing & subtitling processes.
- Stakeholder management/support which includes Media Management Team, Marketing & Comms Team, Customer Team, OD Team, Content Services and Legal.
- To establish good relationship with internal stakeholders and international channel partners; and execute overall channel content planning & operations (work hand-in-hand with Content Services team), ensuring localisation of content brands on On Demand, linear and OTT i.e metadata, subtitling, dubbing, updating EPG, overall presentation and material deliveries are done in timely manner, to maximise customer experience in discovering and consuming content on Astro services. To also oversee local content production initiated by content partners/ production houses, to ensure it is relevant for local customers
- To support innovations to portfolio, i.e ideas beyond BAU On Demand and linear content deliverables that would delight subscribers/ increase or sustain customer base and ARPU/ increase content performance.
- To support effective ATL & BTL communication and marketing/ promotional plans with SA, AVP, Marketing team, Promo team, internal and external stakeholders to achieve respective KPIs
- achieve brand awareness/ downloads/ ratings/ increase subscription and revenues.To monitor key social media conversations and buzz.

2) Content Acquisition and Curation (30%)
- Identify must-have content properties to be acquired and curated to drive linear ratings, channel share and OD viewership
- Coordinate channel’s programme promotions which includes driving programme awareness among subscribers, non-subscribers; encompassing on-air, on-ground, on-line and other relevant touch points
- Liaison for content priorities on linear and on demand, ensures all marketing, communications and promotions initiatives are align with strategic brand direction
- Support internal and external partners to ensure marketing and promotional initiatives are executed in an efficient and effective way.

Customer Numbers:

- AVG Channel Share
- Viewership : programs ratings to hit x total of targeted ratings
- Streams/Views/ Unique Users on OTT & STB

3) Revenue Generation
- Support execution of impactful and effective monetization proposals/ideas (360 planning)
- New innovation in the Kids space that could be a revenue driver or rewards for customers

- Ad Sales Revenue
