JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:

- Plan and strategize campaigns based on briefs from the Sales team, offering creative ideation and effective solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams including Content and Marketing.
- Facilitate collaboration between the Content and Sales teams, managing client inventory and overseeing pre-production, production, and post-production processes to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop compelling content proposals and presentation decks to support the Sales team in attracting potential brands and achieving departmental sales targets.
- Track and analyze product and market performance, including weekly reviews of campaign effectiveness, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Generate strategic insights through data analysis and reporting, translating findings into clear recommendations and reports for management and stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly and confidently when delivering key messages and managing project timelines.
- Support operational and production activities as needed, including contributing creative ideas, assisting in promotional campaigns, and participating in on-ground events to ensure smooth execution.

REQUIREMENTS:
Who you are:

- Degree with minimum 2-3 years of experience in related experience.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint slides making.
- Good Understanding on Malaysia’s media landscape and advertising spending patterns.
- Any past experience on e-commerce and live commerce, will be a plus point.
