**Restaurant Manager**

**Location of restaurant**:Mutira Damansara

**Responsibilities**:

- **Staff**:Hiring, training, and managing the restaurant team.
- **Customer Service**:Ensuring customers are happy, dealing with any issues.
- **Operations**: Running the day-to-day activities and keeping things organized.
- **Finances**: Handling budgets, controlling costs, and making sure the restaurant is profitable.
- **Menu**:Planning and updating the menu, managing food quality and prices.
- **Marketing**: Promoting the restaurant to attract more customers.
- **Safety**:Following health and safety regulations, keeping the place clean.
- **Suppliers**: Dealing with suppliers for getting necessary items on time.
- **Sales Targets**:Setting and achieving goals to increase revenue.
- **Community**:Engaging with the local community and being involved in events.
- **Technology**:Using technology for tasks like orders, reservations, and improving efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, culinary arts or relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant management administration
- Good understanding of MS Office and restaurant software programs.
- Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
