- Oversee inventory, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Implement and optimize operational procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the shop.

- QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven experience in a management or leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve operational excellence.
- Knowledge of car wrapping and automotive services is a plus.
