**Primary Objective**:
Execution of Procurement Spend Analysis
**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist Department Head to plan & implement the following:
- Perform Procurement Spend Analysis for cost monitoring & control
- Support Strategic Sourcing on Forward Planning & Development of Purchase Plan
- Compile, monitor & track Cost Savings initiatives achievements to be in line with Management’s cost saving initiatives.
- Compile & prepare periodically Management Reporting / Dashboard for Division Head’s monthly review
- Support Group Operational Risk Management on providing Outsourcing register by compiling the respective individual register received from respective outsourcing owner, including its updates.
- Assisting business by providing financial spend data summary on specific time parameter required.
- Prepare Sourcing TAT reporting for Technology & Non Technology sourcing heads’ monthly review.
- Compile procurement activities report and contracts depository submitted by regional offices for GP head’s review.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:Bachelor Degree - Finance and Business or Business (Marketing).
- Good technical appreciation in range of procurement categories.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal & organizational skills
- Excellent team management, people & leadership skills with high level of integrity
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to negotiate at the highest levels with suppliers.
- Effective stakeholder management
