**Responsibilities**:
As a Project Manager you will run non-technical projects from initiation through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activities which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. You will be expected to deliver business results through effective program/project planning, governance, change management, communications and training.

Projects may include formalizing the project scope and optimizing business processes and systems through cross-functional project teams and scaling new and existing processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and grow.

**Other Job Responsibilities**
- Establish business and systems requirements, costs, and schedule targets. Guide and monitor the progress on future state solutions, testing.
- Plan project activities, assemble a cross-functional teams and other critical resources; and manage the project from start through execution and close out. Take appropriate actions to measure progress and meet the schedule. Manage and drive project team to achieve objectives.
- Manage Organizational change: Stakeholder analysis, communications, and planning training
- Prepare and present project updates at executive reviews
- Escalate and close the issues threatening the success of the project.
- Analyze performance data throughout the project. Summarize results vs. objectives and take actions to close gaps. Recommend corrective actions
- Summarize the project results to validate project objectives and success criteria are realized and identify lessons learned to for future projects

**Minimum Qualifications**
- BS or BA in Technical or Business field of study or equivalent experience
- Project Management: 5+ years of experience running waterfall or scrum projects
- PMP or Scrum Master Certification preferred
- Must be able to communicate, both verbally and in written form, well to all levels of the organization
