Storekeeper Job Description:

- Record and update receiving information to QC reports / excel template. Conduct QC check in accordance to sample size
- Ensure QC items meet quality requirement as stated in the quality document
- Take photos of product quality and download/upload photos into QC module or reports
- Participate in quality improvement meetings/initiatives/ projects
- Reject failed QC items from suppliers and transfer failed QC items to non-conforming storage area
- Ensure non-conforming products are not delivered to the stores. Ensure proper disposal of non-conforming products
- Provide support and guidance to new staffs on Fuits/Vegetables quality checks, enabling them to perform in their roles
- Any other jobs as assigned by Reporting Officer

Storekeeper Requirements:

- Prior experience in quality check / control of perishable food (eg. fruits, vegetables etc) in a warehouse or distribution centre environment
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Can-do attitude and self-motivated individual who is passionate about QC
- Good communication skills
- Prior hands-on experience in warehousing and/or QC related platforms/system modules
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proven ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklift and reach truck
- Open to working in a cold room environment (2 - 8 degrees celsius) and carry heavy load if required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Team Leader Job Description:

- Record and update receiving information to QC reports / excel template

- Update quality results into QC module/system or excel template
- Take photos of product quality and download/upload photos into QC modules or reports
- Generate QC reports and share with internal stakeholders
- Communicate QC results to stakeholders
- Lead Fruits/Vegetable quality improvement initiatives / projects
- Participate in quality improvement meetings/initiatives/ projects
- Verify and approve QC findings
- Seek and carry out disposition with regards to failed QC items
- Reject failed QC items from suppliers and transfer failed QC items to non-conforming storage area
- Manage and housekeep non-confirming storage area
- Ensure non-conforming products are not delivered to the stores
- Ensure proper disposal of non-conforming products
- Provide on-the-job training to new staff on Fuits/Vegetables quality checks, enabling them to perform in their roles
- Any other jobs as assigned by the Reporting Officer

Team Leader Requirements:

- Prior experience in quality check / control of perishable food (eg. fruits, vegetables etc) in a warehouse or distribution centre environment
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 22000
- Has proven experience in leading a small team
- Can-do attitude and self-motivated individual who is passionate about QC
- Good communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and vendors
- Good analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Prior hands-on experience in warehousing and/or QC related platforms/system modules
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel
- Proven ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklift and reach truck
- Open to working in a cold room environment (2 - 8 degrees celsius)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,650.00 - RM8,400.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
