**Position**: Social Media / Content Creator
**Location**: Nusajaya
**Job Overview**

We are seeking a creative and digitally savvy Social Media / Content Creator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about storytelling, content creation, and digital engagement. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across various platforms to strengthen our brand presence and build meaningful connections with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and publish engaging content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create short-form videos, graphics, and written content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to support campaigns and promotional efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, viral content, and emerging formats to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Track and analyze content performance; optimize strategies to increase reach and engagement.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent, timely posting.
- Engage actively with the online community — respond to comments, messages, and build brand loyalty.
- Assist with content writing for blogs, newsletters, website updates, and social media captions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or other content creation software.
- Solid understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong skills in writing, communication, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of brand consistency.

**Bonus Skills** (Preferred but not required):

- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
- Basic video editing or motion graphics experience.

**Nice to Have**:

- Knowledge of SEO and basic digital marketing principles.
- Experience or interest in [insert industry: e.g., fintech, fashion, food & beverage].
- Multilingual abilities based on target market needs.
