Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive role entails coordinating marketing and social media strategies to attract and engage potential customers. Responsibilities include overseeing advertising, communication campaigns, and events, as well as managing delivery platforms for promotions. Crafting compelling content for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, XHS and TikTok, according to current market trends and engaging with followers are also key responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and social media strategy to attract and engage potential customers.
  • Oversee advertising efforts, communication campaigns and promotional events to guarantee their success.
  • Coordinate the setup and operation of delivery platforms for promotion campaigns, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, XHS and TikTok.
  • Interact with followers and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor the performance of social media campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer preferences, providing valuable insights for future marketing efforts.
  • Plan and execute social media contests, giveaways, and promotions to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of our delicious food products, ensuring they are visually appealing and effectively showcase their irresistible qualities when shared on social media platforms.

Job Requirements:

Qualification/Experience/ Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Possess strong interpersonal communication skills, an active personality and an innovative thinker.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and can perform under pressure.
