Telemarketer / Marketing Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to promote academic programs.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about course offerings, entry requirements and enrolment procedures.
  • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, online inquiries, education fairs and referrals.
  • Assist in planning, executing and monitoring marketing campaigns for student recruitment.
  • Design and prepare promotional materials including brochures, social media graphics and website content.
  • Manage the institution's social media accounts, including posting updates and responding to inquiries.
  • Support the coordination and execution of events such as Open Days, school visits and education fairs.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify student needs, preferences and education trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and BM.
  • Polite, persuasive and confident on the phone.
  • Creative, proactive and able to work well in a team.
  • Experience in telemarketing or marketing support (preferably in education).
