Role Overview

As our Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll be the brand’s chief storyteller. You’ll orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences. Your mission? To shape brand perception, enhance customer relationships, and amplify brand messaging.

**Responsibilities**:
Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that captivate hearts and minds. Whether it’s a product launch, a social media campaign, or a thought leadership piece, you’ll weave magic with words.

Integrated Campaigns: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless campaigns. From creative wizards to tech gurus, you’ll lead the orchestra to deliver impactful experiences.

Content Strategy: Develop and execute content plans that fuel engagement. Blogs, videos, podcasts—you name it, you’ll own it.

PR & Media Relations: Be the go-to person for media inquiries. Build relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry experts. Your Rolodex will be legendary.

Digital Mastery: Dive into the digital ocean fearlessly. SEO, SEM, social media—your toolkit will be stacked.

Metrics Whisperer: Analyze campaign performance like a pro. Metrics won’t scare you; they’ll excite you.

**Qualifications**:
Experience: You’ve rocked the marketing and communications world for at least 5 years. Agency or in-house—it doesn’t matter; you’ve got stories to tell.

Strategic Vision: You see the big picture and know how to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Creativity: Your brain is a kaleidoscope of ideas. You dream in Pantone colors.

Adaptability: The marketing landscape changes faster than a TikTok trend. You thrive in the chaos.

Tech Savvy: You’re not afraid of data, automation, or AI. In fact, you embrace them.

People Skills: You’re a relationship ninja. Networking events? Your playground.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
