Ceramic Technical

**主要职责 (Main Duties)**:

- 统筹，监督，管理牙科固定产品的全流程，包括工艺，材料，产品质量，员工技能等。Oversee, supervise, and manage the entire process of Fixed products line, including process, materials, quality, and skills.
- 解决陶瓷生产中的技术问题，优化工艺方案。Solve technical problems in ceramic production and optimize process plans.
- 稳定成品质量，确保符合出厂标准。Stabilize finished product quality to ensure it meets the standards
- 与其他部门协作，改进材料，设备的使用和生产效率。Collaborate with other teams to improve material and equipment use and production efficiency.

**岗位要求 (Requirements)**:
**必要条件 (Essential)**:

- 需要駐守越南。This role will require stationing in Vietnam.
- 5年以上瓷部操作经验。5+ years of experience in ceramic work
- 具备 2 - 3 年的培训和指导工作经验，能耐心指导团队成员。Have 2 - 3 years of training and coaching experience and can guide teams patiently.
- 熟悉多种牙科陶瓷品牌材料的特性和使用（如 Vita, Ivoclar 等）。Be familiar with the properties and uses of multiple dental ceramic brand materials (such as Vita, Ivoclar, etc.).

**加分项 (preferred)**:

- 能用中文和英文进行工作沟通。如果还会越南语则更佳。Can communicate in Chinese and English. If knowing Vietnamese is a plus.

职位类型：全职, 终身制

薪资： 每月RM11,000.00起
