**You will**:

- Develop and execute best-in-class marketing strategy to drive awareness and generate growth
- Recruit and build a strong Marketing team for YouTrip with a focus on content creation, community building, partnership and performance marketing
- Create engaging content in written and graphical form to increase awareness of YouTrip Host campaigns and webinars to generate interests, user sign ups or lead generation
- Strike meaningful partnerships with key potential partners Assist in other key marketing initiatives in driving the success of YouTrip

**You are**:

- **Experienced Marketing Leader - **You have racked up at least 5 years of experience in consumer marketing. You have a wide range of marketing experience including campaign launches, content creation, community building, and performance marketing. Experience in fintech or financial institutions will be a plus, but not a must.
- **Partnership and Community Enthusiast - **You believe marketing is more than just sales and promotions, and are passionate in creating meaningful content to connect with prospects and users. You enjoy in striking win-win partnership with suitable partners to achieve effective distribution strategy.
- **Entrepreneurial Self-Starter - **You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and no job is too little for you. You have failed many times in your career and understand that failure is the fastest way to learn. You are not afraid to suggest and implement new processes and ideas to ensure the maximum chance of success for the business.
- **People-Oriented Leader - **You are passionate about grooming successes for your direct reports and the team and are willing to create opportunities to let your team learn and shine.
- **Excellent and Transparent Communicator - **You can communicate clearly and structurally, and be able to produce analytically written and presentation for external and internal audiences. You are an open and transparent communicator, and are not afraid to speak your mind
