Your role is important to:

- Greeting customers while offering super customer service attention, taking, assembling and presenting food orders, requesting and receiving payment, operating the cash register.
- Cleaning in accordance to kiosk’s sanitary standards including but not limited to sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning walls, tables, counters, kitchen and service equipment.
- Cleaning the customer service area, removing trash.
- Assisting new crew members in learning their new job skills.
- Checking stock of products and insuring proper stock levels and rotation.
- Checking equipment to ensure that it is in proper working order, letting the maintenance team know if there is any issue.
- Backing up other crew members in their jobs, assist in any area to ensure that the food is being prepared, packaged and delivered to customer in a timely manner.
- Ensure outlet’s cleanliness and adhere to our standard operating procedures.
- Execute additional tasks by Supervisor and Management.

**We have 10 outlets spread over Klang Valley as follow.**
- Taman Perindustrian Serdang (Headquarter)
- Summit USJ
- Wisma Hong Leong
- 3 Damansara
- Plaza Low Yat
- Jaya One
- Top Glove Tower
- DC Mall
- Tropicana Avenue
- Etiqa (KLCC)

**Job Requirements**
- SPM, Diploma/Vocational/Certificates and Above
- Must be willing to work shift fix time
- Willing to work during weekends & Public Holidays.
- Having one year work experience as a waiter or waitress in F & B field is an advantage.
- Polite, responsible and customer service oriented.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
