SERVICE CREW
- Greet customers upon their arrival.
- Provide menus and take food orders.
- Introduce current and special menu items to customers.
- Recommend exclusive menu items to customers.
- Serve food and drinks at the specified times.
- Ensure table cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Ensure stock supplies such as cutlery, utensils, napkins, and others are always sufficient.
- Assist in food preparation in the kitchen, including washing, peeling, cutting, slicing, and other tasks.
- Assist in kitchen operations, such as opening and closing the kiosk/outlet and cleaning food storage areas.
- Work closely with other colleagues to ensure smooth kiosk/outlet operations.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.

KITCHEN CREW
- Prepare food and beverages according to established standards and recipes.
- Handle, store, and label all food products correctly and in compliance with food handling regulations and guidelines.
- Ensure the work station area is clean and organized at all times.
- Assist in the daily closing of kitchen operations following SOP station guidelines.
- Immediately report issues regarding food quality or shortages to the Operations Manager.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations with care.
- Ensure kitchen equipment and surrounding areas are safe and report any damage to the Operations Manager.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.
