The HR Business Partner is responsible in partnering with management and providing consultation in the areas of Employee and Industrial Relations, Organizational Design, Employee Development, Performance Management, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent and Succession Planning, as well as a number of other HR related processes and activities, for the continued success and growth of the company.

**_ Key Activities_**
- Acts as business partner/consultant providing advice in different HR disciplines
- Provides HR services and consultation to support the business strategy and needs especially in handling
- Contributes to the development of Global HR related strategies and initiatives
- Drives recruitment strategy and initiatives
- Drives and supports Talent Development initiatives like EDR, HIPOTS that relates to employee and career development to ensure retention of key personnel and talent
- Supports change initiatives and acts as change agent
- Acts as role model and advocate of organizational culture and values
- Actively promotes the exchange and adoption of HR best practices within own area of responsibility and in the organization
- Keeps up-to-date with latest development in HR industry and labor legislation
- Ensures awareness and compliance with company policies and procedures and respective legal requirements and regulations
- Effectively interacts with Global HR and other functions and ensures that local issues are taken into account when forming global strategies and initiatives
- Acts as a consultant/coach to line managers and employees

**_Key Capabilities_**
- Able to provide both strategic and operational HR support to the assigned client group with functional focus on Talent Management
- Experienced in providing service as a consultant to coach and guide business on all HR related areas inclusive Industrial relations, performance management, compensation & benfits etc.
- Able to design and develop high impact talent management processes and programs to develop depth, breadth and diversity of high potential talents
- Assures the alignment and integration of initiatives with company and human resources strategies. Internal thought leader/partner on all aspects of talent management including assessment, succession management, talent management, high potential identification, executive coaching, selection processes, competency modeling and validation, integration and onboarding and workforce planning
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to translate company business needs and goals into HR capabilities needed to achieve results
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written with demonstrated ability to influence and earn credibility and trust and resolve conflicts through effective consultancy
- Results-oriented and flexible in dealing with changing and ambiguous situations, demonstrating high personal and professional integrity
- Proficient knowledge of standard office equipment, PC skills, and Microsoft Office Products. HRIS knowledge is an added advantage
- Demonstrate excellent facilitation and conflict management
