Key Responsibilities:

- **Staff Management**:

- Supervise warehouse workers, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure workers are adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Motivate and lead teams to maintain a high level of productivity and morale.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are stored properly.
- Oversee stock counting, ensure accurate records, and resolve discrepancies.
- Implement inventory management systems to streamline processes.
- **Logistics and Operations**:

- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Plan and manage storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
- Optimize workflows and ensure the warehouse operates efficiently.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor the proper handling of hazardous materials, and ensure all employees follow safety protocols.
- Conduct regular safety training and inspections.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory, shipments, and staff performance.
- Handle administrative duties, such as order processing, documentation, and communication with other departments.

- **Leadership**: Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and optimize warehouse operations.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to quickly identify issues in the workflow and find effective solutions.
- **Communication**: Clear communication with staff, management, and other departments.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring accuracy in inventory management, shipping, and receiving.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: A high school diploma is typically required; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business is a plus.
- **Experience**: Several years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with at least some supervisory experience.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and basic computer skills.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
