- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Convert tax invoice and issuance of receipts;
- Maintain & handle daily accounts transaction;
- Cash flow management, forecast, budgeting and reporting;
- Monitoring & handle petty cash;
- Handle full set of accounts, responsible for closing and preparation of monthly accounting reports including profit and loss, balance sheet and other financial reports;
- Responsible for daily book keeping;
- Preparing monthly & annual financial report for management;
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor daily bank transaction and balances;
- Responsible to ensure financial record in compliance with accounting standard requirements;
- Monitor and record incoming fixed assets and obsolete fixed assets;
- Reconciliation of all receipts and vouchers;
- Ensure smooth documentation by maintaining proper e-filing as well as physical record;
- Responsible to prepare a proper and accurate report of accounts;
- Assist in yearly audit preparation;
- Liaise with bankers, auditor, tax agent, suppliers, contractors, relevant authorities and etc.;
- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
