**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy and Management**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Manage and oversee social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling.
- **Content Creation**:

- Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, tailored for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Ensure content is consistent with the brand voice, style, and tone.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
- Foster positive interactions and build strong relationships with followers.
- **Performance Analysis and Reporting**:

- Monitor social media metrics and analyze performance data to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on social media activities and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Stay Updated with Trends**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Experiment with new features and platforms to enhance engagement and reach.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing strategies.
- Work with designers and other team members to produce high-quality content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Analytical skills to interpret social media data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
