Role Overview

We're looking for a creative, social-savvy Digital Content Creator to produce engaging content that tells powerful stories, grows our community, and brings our work to life online. From crafting scroll-stopping posts to short videos and carousels, you'll be at the heart of how Satu Creative shows up across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletters, and digital campaigns (text, visuals, short-form video)
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas aligned with our programs, initiatives, and impact stories
  • Write captions, edit visuals, and assist with light video editing (e.g. Reels, event highlights)
  • Manage content calendars and publishing schedules across platforms
  • Monitor content performance and recommend ways to improve engagement and reach
  • Ensure all content reflects our brand voice, values, and visual identity
  • Stay on top of content trends, formats, and tools relevant to our audience

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related fields
  • 1–2 years of experience creating digital content for social platforms (especially Instagram & LinkedIn)
  • Strong writing skills with a creative tone and clear storytelling
  • Experience with content tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite (basic design/video skills)
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing deadlines
  • Bonus: Experience with photography, short-form video, or basic motion graphics
