**Company Description**
Grabmaid is a platform in Malaysia that offers direct booking of cleaning services, including cleaning, aircond services, carpet sofa mattress cleaning, and lorry mover services. Customers can easily select their preferred services and book cleaners online. With Grabmaid, everyone can have their own part-time cleaner and cleaning maid.
**Role Description**
- This is a full-time position of Customer Service Administrator role located in Puchong.
- The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for providing customer support, particularly to provide service quotation to the customer when there is sales inquiry.
- Preparing service documents to the client, and explaining the services of the company to the client.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer experiences, and effective communication with clients
**Qualifications**
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Ability to handle various customer inquiries and issues efficiently
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
