Providing administrative support to business development team.
- Assisting the Manager on project management with all administrative and strategic task, ensure monthly client reporting is submitted on time.
- Communicate with relevant departments (operations, finance, recruitment, administrative and HR) for information gathering & verification.
- Ad-hoc day-to-day administrative duties support
- Follow ups on task assigned
- Assists to gather and collate required information from other departments, project costing analysis in conjunction with business renewal, pitching needs / understanding client’s environments for development and proposal preparation.
- Work closely with finance team on invoice related matters. Ensuring billing on-time in accordance to individual project requirement & payment follow up.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma and above from Marketing, Business Administration, or HR background, Business Management, Business Administration or Marketing background
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin
- General PC proficiency and strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Analytical, attention to details
- Strong people skills and exude a positive image.
- Able to multitask.
- Good team player, independent with strong interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
