Warehouse Administrator

**Responsibilities**
- Perform operational activities in the warehouse such as receiving stock from supplier and packing management
- Assist the deliveries and shipment of products and packages
- Oversee the management of stock within an organization
- Handles the packing list and/or bill of lading for all product received into the warehouse
- Ensure that the following inventory accuracy is met at all times within the warehouse
- Ensure that reports are being compiled and updated on a regular basis
- Ensuring smooth flow of day-to-day operational activities
- Assist Warehouse Manager in ensuring that the operational KPI are met in accordance with the requirements of the customer and supplier
- Support packing for online fulfillment whenever required
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager
**Requirements**:
- Have experience working as a warehouse admin or any other similar role
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations/ management
- Required skills - Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in using NAV or other equivalent sap system is an added advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sungai Buloh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
