**Position Summary**

Responsible for providing **administrative and operational support** to ensure the effective and efficient management of **data center facilities**.
This includes:

- Coordinating **maintenance activities**:

- Managing **service vendors**:

- Maintaining **facility and asset records**:

- Supporting **day-to-day operations**

The role requires an **organized, proactive**, and **independent** individual capable of handling multiple administrative and operational tasks.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Maintain facility-related documentation (maintenance logs, service contracts, inspection reports)
- Handle purchase requests, quotations, invoicing, and budget tracking
- Report and follow up on building faults, repairs, and utilities
- Maintain inventory of facility-related equipment and tools

**Secondary Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and prepare documentation for data center operations
- Support related administrative and operational activities as required

**Qualifications**

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years in **facility coordination**, logistics, or administrative support
- Familiarity with building systems (electrical, plumbing preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently

**Education**:

- Minimum **Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree** or equivalent
- **Fresh graduates** are encouraged to apply

**Skills**
- Knowledge in **logistics operations**: distribution, inventory planning, materials management
- Proficient in **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)**:

- Excellent **communication & interpersonal skills**:

- Good **customer relationship management**:
**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
