Position Summary

Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the effective and efficient management of data center facilities.

This includes:

  • Coordinating maintenance activities
  • Managing service vendors
  • Maintaining facility and asset records
  • Supporting day-to-day operations

The role requires an organized, proactive, and independent individual capable of handling multiple administrative and operational tasks.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain facility-related documentation (maintenance logs, service contracts, inspection reports)
  • Handle purchase requests, quotations, invoicing, and budget tracking
  • Report and follow up on building faults, repairs, and utilities
  • Maintain inventory of facility-related equipment and tools

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prepare documentation for data center operations
  • Support related administrative and operational activities as required

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 1–3 years in facility coordination, logistics, or administrative support
  • Familiarity with building systems (electrical, plumbing preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently

Education:

  • Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Skills

  • Knowledge in logistics operations: distribution, inventory planning, materials management
  • Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good customer relationship management
  • Strong command of MS Office applications

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
