Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and handling calls/messages.
  • Prepare job sheets, quotations, invoices, and delivery orders related to printing projects.
  • Maintain proper project documentation and ensure smooth coordination between sales, production, and installation teams.
  • Track staff attendance, leave records, and assist with basic HR documentation.
  • Handle office supplies, pantry items, and ensure the workplace is well-organized.
  • Coordinate logistics and deliveries with drivers, couriers, and clients when required.

Purchasing Duties

  • Compare pricing, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels to avoid material shortages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with printing vendors and material suppliers.
  • Work closely with the production team to understand material requirements and ensure quality compliance.
  • Ensure all purchases align with company budgets and project timelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
