Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and handling calls/messages.
- Prepare job sheets, quotations, invoices, and delivery orders related to printing projects.
- Maintain proper project documentation and ensure smooth coordination between sales, production, and installation teams.
- Track staff attendance, leave records, and assist with basic HR documentation.
- Handle office supplies, pantry items, and ensure the workplace is well-organized.
- Coordinate logistics and deliveries with drivers, couriers, and clients when required.
Purchasing Duties
- Compare pricing, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels to avoid material shortages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with printing vendors and material suppliers.
- Work closely with the production team to understand material requirements and ensure quality compliance.
- Ensure all purchases align with company budgets and project timelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
