Procurement Executive

**1. Tender Management**:
- **Assist in analyzing and understanding the requirements and specifications of tenders and related projects.**:
- **Prepare tender documents in line with client or authority requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.**:
- **Liaise with clients, suppliers, and relevant authorities to gather necessary information.**:
- **Ensure all tender submissions are delivered on time and in compliance with the instructions provided.**
**2. Market Research & Prospecting**:
- **Research and identify tender opportunities within relevant industries.**:
- **Support efforts to identify new business prospects and build client pipelines.**:
- **Prepare market insights and analysis reports related to ongoing or upcoming tenders.**
**3. Procurement & Sales Support**:
- **Assist in developing technical and commercial proposals according to tender requirements.**:
- **Collaborate with the Sales Manager and technical team to gather cost estimates and pricing structures.**:
- **Help prepare, review, and finalize quotations and client offers.**
**4. Presentation & Negotiation Support**:
- **Prepare supporting materials for client presentations, including technical and pricing documents.**:
- **Assist during negotiations with clients to ensure clear communication and understanding of proposals.**
**5. Monitoring & Follow-Up**:
- **Track and monitor tender submission statuses to ensure smooth progress.**:
- **Provide regular updates to management on ongoing tenders and business opportunities.**:
- **Handle queries or issues related to tender processes promptly and professionally.**
**6. Ad-Hoc Duties**:
- **Carry out additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Sales Manager or management.**:
- **Support company operations outside the core procurement functions when needed.**:

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
