Warehouse Receiving Line Leader

**Purpose of the Role**
You will be a key member of the receiving item in the SiLC Warehouse Division, reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor. Support all respective departments on documentation & data entry. You will be responsible for data entry, documentation and support for receiving the item or material in the SiLC site. You will work closely across all departments within the plant operations and corporate functions.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Centralized the receiving of the raw material, machinery, stationery and production items.
- Maintenance of the data entry, document collection for incoming material in SiLC.
- Compile the document linked between department and sender.
- Support the warehouse arrangement and allocation of material for SCM.
- Linked the document signed with the respective department.
- To maintain the cleaners of the holding area, warehouse and related site involving the receiving material.
- Managing internal & external paperwork on stock activities.
- Ad-hoc task given by the Management and Superior.

**Responsibilities**
- To conduct the documentation on material receiving weighing tickets - linked to the Admin Finance Department & Food Safety & Regulatory Affairs Department.
- To collaborate with Procurement to list expected deliveries.
- To receive shipment and sign paperwork upon receipt of goods.
- Do inspection of contents to ensure all received in good condition and undamaged.
- Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price, etc.)
- To contact suppliers or shipper companies if a mistake is identified and declare with the respective department.
- Assume responsibility for returning unsatisfactory shipments or receiving replacements.
- To create a label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place.
- To ensure invoices are signed and paid for satisfactory deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control.
- To ensure all receiving items and material recorded on a daily basis for all respective departments.
- To do the reporting for any losses or unreceived item or material.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time either within or out of your current scope of employment must perform accordingly

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain / Warehouse / Logistics or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years’ proven experience in Warehouse & Logistic, Receiving Clerk or similar position..
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Melayu both verbally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary.
- Experience with manufacturing is preferred & flexible hours in ad-hoc tasks.
- Knowledge and experience of a multinational company is preferred.

**Reporting Lines & Supervision**
- Main Supervision : Warehouse Supervisor & SCM Manager
- Support Supervision : All respective in charge in department

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
