Executive, Sales Support

The Sales Support will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team. This role involves handling all sales-related documentation, order processing, vendor coordination, proposal and quotation preparation, project documentation, and report generation.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Order Processing & Documentation**
- Process sales orders accurately, verify order details, pricing, and terms before system order entry with timely submission.
- Maintain and update sales records, contracts, and customer databases.
**2. Vendor & Customer Coordination**
- Prepare and manage vendor documents, including registration forms, compliance paperwork and related submissions.
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
**3. Proposal & Quotation Preparation**
- Assist in drafting sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents, ensuring all documents are professionally formatted and aligned with company standards.
**4. Project Documentation**
- Organize and prepare project-related documents, including contracts, BQ, pre-project and post-project documents submission.
**5. Reporting & Data Management**
- Generate sales reports on performance analysis and summary or any sales report as assigned by superior.
**6. General Sales Support**
- Assist with customer inquiries, follow-ups, and post-sales support.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain organized records of all sales-related documents and ensure all documentation complies with company as well as client requirements.
- Support the sales team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and assignments as required.
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- 1-3 years in sales support, sales administration, or a similar role. Fresh grad is welcome to apply.
- Experience in preparing sales proposals, quotations, tender documents, order processing and vendor management will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English (written & verbal) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software, and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
