Responsible for Lead to revenue Process by Inside Sales for Trojan business in Countries -ID, ANZ
Will have monthly targets for order booking and shipping. The variable incentive will be linked to orders booking. The activities involved in delivering the results will comprise of
Engaging telephonically customers’ Technical and procurement functions for sale for spares, consumables, smaller equipment orders Convincing customers of Trojan product features and comparison with competition On time offer preparation for different types of opportunities - Govt/ Muni and Industrial, service etc Replying Technical/commercial queries to customers on submitted offers or requests sent by customers Ensuring order collection and booking in the system through DRF process Getting payments from the customer Ensuring order shipment to customer by working together with Finance and Supply Chain teams.
Implement Telecalling initiative to generate leads for spares/ Consumables business in Malaysia market working
Implementing daily analysis and driving Daily management/ visual management rhythms for booking-shipping -receivables
Comfortable working with internal stakeholders and active collaborations with colleagues across different regions

**Location**: KL, Malaysia

**Qualifications**:
State the minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the job. There are 3 categories
1. Skills & Competence
- a. 4-5 years of experience preferable in instrumentation industry on customer
support
b. 2-3 years of experience in technical sales of items to customers ( on field Sales, Application or
Inside Sales job)
c. First preferred degree in engineer (mechanical UV, instrumentation, chemical and allied streams)
d. Second preferred degree in chemistry
e. Above average written and verbal communication skills

**2. Soft Skills**:
- a. An eye for detail
b. Teamwork and ability to work across cultures, locations and business teams
c. Medium level expertise in MS Excel & MS Word
d. Proactive and action oriented
e. Strong analytical skills
f. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- a) Experience below 2 years
b) Computer illiteracy
d) Non-experience or non-inclination towards strong sales processes or CRM tools
