- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kulim Hi-Tech.
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production/Operations or equivalent.
- Responsible to manage the production function of the factory by setting Production, Quality and performance targets.
- Translate business objectives into functional goals and strategic action plans to raise the performance level of the Production functions.
- Establish production priorities in keeping with effective operations, cost factors, product specifications and customer requirements.
- Develop and implement efficient and cost-effective work methods, process instructions, product quality and productivity improvement.
- Provide engineering and technical support for new product development, prototyping and testing.
- Strong in all aspects QAQC activities to achieve customer requirements and quality objectives.
- Posses sound knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Requirements and Quality Audit.
