**Job Description & Job Specification for**

Position: Internship - Customer Service/Sales Marketing

Report to: Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
a. To manage sales administrative functions including accurate order processing, filing and delivery scheduling.

b. To lead and liaise between the Sales team and interdepartmental with customers and suppliers to ensure schedulingsmooth coordination of all matters including the pricing, delivery scheduling, customer schedulingspecifications and issue resolution.

c. To passionately provide excellent customer service to customers.

d. To maintain an efficient work environment.

e. To plan production including but not limited to daily and weekly production planning.

f. To be accountable margin and collection targets concurrently with the Sales team.

g. Any other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Skills/Requirements**:
a. Currently pursuing Diploma/ Degree in Customer Service / Marketing Studies.

b. Duration of 3 to 6 months internship.

c. Committed and good attendance record.

d. High responsibility and eye for detail.

e. Hardworking and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

f. No prior experience required and willing to work in Shah Alam
